    100% Pinot Noir
A chewy Pinot, with good definition to the red cherry and rich plum flavors, followed by raspberry and spice on the finish.  Lulu B. Pinot Noirs are issued from select vineyards near Limoux, an appellation on the western edge of the Languedoc region.  The vines are planted on hillsides in calcereous soil high in rock, sand and fossil content. Cooler night-time temperatures and coastal breezes are perfect for growing concentrated, robust Pinot Noir.  30% of the assemblage is aged in oak.

    100% Pinot Noir
Produced from grapes grown in Northern California’s beautiful Mendocino County, where vineyards were first planted in the early 1860’s.  Here, the headwaters of the Russian River carve a fertile and rugged landscape.  This elegant and medium bodied wine has delicate aromas of violet and rose petals, complex flavors and long silky textures, with layers of strawberry and raspberry leading into a long refined finish.

    100% Pinot Noir
A new label from Hahn Vineyards in Soledad & their very talented winemaker Adam LaZarre. This is a substantial wine that can stand up to a number of rich foods.  Classical Pinot Noir with signature ripe black cola and a hint of spiciness on the nose.  Core flavors of cherry and plum along with silky notes of wild berries and vanilla fill the mouth while the soft, velvety tannins and balanced acidity keeps the wine suspended into the finish.

    100% Pinot Noir
The fruit was sourced from Paso Robles (Westside with cool ocean temperatures), Monterey and the Russian River Valley.  The wine is generous on the palate with nice forward fruit and well-balanced oak — in a word, elegant.  The wine is aged for about another nine months in new, one and two year old French oak barrels with medium-toast.  Ripe red berry and black cherry
    fruit balance its delicate spiciness.
