    Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
The Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine, which has developed rich complexity and fine mousse.  The allure of toasty finish from twenty-four months on tirage, is a complement to the sophisticated apple and citrus flavor.  Brilliant with ultra fine bubbles.  A wonderful fine bouquet dominated by green apple and grapefruit flavors.  A truly classic house style.

    Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
This nearly garnet Rose, like all our non-vintage sparkling wines, is aged 24 months en tirage. It has a lovely, bright floral bouquet with hints of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, it is rich and fruity in a dry, Brut style. The flavor of berries continues on the palate, revealing more strawberry, raspberry, cherry.  This sparkler is lots of fun and very festive.

    Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
The rich and toasty character of our Blanc de Noirs is balanced and superb. Aged for two-year minimum, the palate is developed and shows rich complex flavors. The amazing berries aromas and the creamy texture play a leading role and create a great finesse.  A fine salmon color, aggressive mousse and a lovely fruity wine with plenty of immediate charm and toasty aromas. There is also an explosive juicy flavor of raspberry.

The Gruet family, looking to expand operations beyond their holdings in Champagne, discovered that New Mexico was a remarkably good substitute. Domaine Saint-Vincent Methode Champenoise is their entry-level sparkling wine that's surprisingly close to the real deal. Displaying a fine mousse - a mark of well-made wine - and bright fruit notes, Domaine Saint-Vincent is balanced by a subtle nutty, yeasty note.

    Chardonnay and Mauzac
"A pale straw color with moderate aromas of apple skins, hay, small white flowers and a touch of toast. The mouth is creamy with good carbonation and tons of nice citrus flavors among suggestions of stone fruit and apple. The finish is clean but lingering, leaving the palate ready for more. Very good. Recommended.  Score 89."

More than a century before champagne, the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire in the Southern foothills of Limoux had created France's Very First Sparkling Wine.  Today, over four and a half centuries later, SAINT-HILAIRE Blanquette de Limoux is made in the very same foothills of Southern France.
One uncorking and you'll discover why the French compare SAINT-HILAIRE with their finest Champagne. And at a fraction of the cost, you'll never pay Champagne prices again.

    100% Chardonnay
This 100% Chardonnay from the Jura has light effervescence, slight hints of crisp green apple and pear, a bit of mineral and some touches of buttered brioche at the finish.  Nice value.

    Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc
One of the most popular bubblies in the store. Expect lots of minerality, some tell-tale French creamy yeastiness on the nose, and dry but not harsh finish. It shows citrus fruits in the lemon and lime spectrum, and the acidity is refreshing rather than bracing.  This is a great toasting wine from eastern France that's a bit fruity with hints of citrus, almonds and fresh-baked bread.  Brut D'Argent is dry, elegant and perfectly balanced, with a crisp, lively style.

    Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
The wine shows an attractive pale yellow with greenish reflections, with elegant and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it has a delicate bouquet of fresh white-fleshed fruit, with peach and pineapple highlights, harmoniously balanced with fresh bread aromas, generated by the contact with the yeast during the ageing period. In the mouth it has an outstanding freshness and fruitiness, well balanced and structured. Finally, it has a harmonious and well-rounded finish.

    100% Prosecco
This is a bright and cheerful Prosecco loaded with green apple and white floral aromas. Produced entirely from estate fruit and bottled at the estate on a bottling line used exclusevily for Prosecco production. This is a tremendous investment for such an affordable wine, but insure tremendous quality. The Prosecco vines are only 15 years old, but yields are kept to moderate levels, and each year the wine becomes more dense and concentrated. We are extremely happy with the quality of this wine and the future as well.

    100% Prosecco
This may be the perfect aperitif sparkling wine.  Made from the late ripening Prosecco grape and grown in the best region, it is redolent with enticing fruit and floral aromas. Light and elegant with a very fine bead, the wine is refreshing, pure and scintillating. Considered to be among the best of the Italian Prosecco producers, Bisol has a remarkable range of wines and this may be their best value. The clean fruit flavors and the tell-tale nuance of almonds on the refeshing finish make this a new favorite.

    100% Pinot Grigio
With sales of Pinot Grigio skyrocketing, it was only a matter of time before sparkling versions would show up at our door. While most these newbies are frankly bland and lackluster, this Voga really wowed us. It presents wonderful flora aromas of orange blossoms and ripe pears while the palate offers a subtle play of orchard fruits that are gently toned with citrus inflections. The finish, which is delectable and clean as whistle, is capped with a touch of "crowd pleasing" sweetness. We should also add that the striking, modernistic design of the Voga bottle really gives this modestly priced fizz a lot of cachet for the cash.
